REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At FA$TLANE 4EVER, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However due to being a small and independent business, we have a limited return policy.
At this time all sales are final. We do not issue any refunds or returns, as many items are made to order, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully.
Our products are made with premium quality materials, with a strong sense of care and attention to detail. Before sending an item out it is checked thoroughly to gaurantee it is in satisfactory condition. Along with that, in the description of each product we include detailed information on sizing/measurements to ensure your item will be the right fit.
In the event that any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective, please contact us with a explanation of the issue and we will assess the situation. If the item is received damaged, please include a photo of the defect. If we sent the wrong product, or if something is in fact damaged we will gladly process an exchange provided:
1. The item is unworn and in its original packaging and condition and
2. The original Packing slip / Invoice is included with the return.
If we approve your exchange we will provide you with the return address. Unfortunatly we cannot reimburse your return shipping but when we resend your new item to you we will cover the shipping and you will not be charged (minus any custom fees for international orders).
