Although most items are in stock and ship within 1-2 business days, there are certain products on the website that are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days from the order date. In the unlikely event in which there is a delay on material availability and your item is predicted to take longer, you will be contacted. If you purchased any item that is made to order, you will receive updates about the progress on your item(s) and will be notified once shipped. Shipping transit times vary depending on the service chosen. 

We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx (domestic) or DHL (international) unless otherwise specified.

If special shipping instructions are required, such as to an APO / AFO, or certain international destinations, please contact us in advance for arrangement. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice to ensure the most reliable and secure shipping method wherever UPS shipping is not available.

NOTE: signature requirement for delivery. If you would like us to require a signature open delivery please let us know. Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not our responsibility and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
